The total was 30, and that included salt, pepper, and herbs. I remember when I counted the number of foods I could eat without reacting. I had bad leaky gut which caused some foods to get into my bloodstream and keep me awake all night. I would itch all over and scratch until I bled. I just knew I was reacting to most foods.Įvery time I ate, my hands and feet would swell up and get red.
